Today we look at Making Moves in race 2 at Churchill. We had pretty high hopes for him in the debut but as it turns out. He was not fit enough to get the distance on debut atleast not going 4 wide while pressing a fast pace. Generally speaking I am not one that asks a ton of a young horse in the first half of a work. I like to see them break off in 24 or so and come home quick. When MM broke so sharp Arrieta didn’t have many other options than to just stay the course from there and hope for the best. That said we mat be in similar spot today given we drew the rail. If he breaks sharp we kind of have to be aggressive but if not look for us to try and get some position and make one run. The talent is there, we just need some racing luck.
